My articles come out in the wrong language, why?
The writing language is the main language picked when the site was created. If it does not match your site's actual language, write to us: we switch the main language for you and everything falls back in place.
The audit says my firewall is blocking the analysis
Your site sits behind a firewall that refuses automated connections. The message in your dashboard gives the exact address to have allowed by your host. While it is blocked, the audit stays incomplete but nothing is counted as a defect. Also consider allowing AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot): it helps your visibility in their answers.
An article did not publish to my site
Check in order: the Publishing tab (is your CMS connection active and tested?), this month's quota, and the calendar (the article may have an upcoming publication date). If everything looks fine and it still does not go out, write to us with the article's title.
Are the images royalty-free?
Yes: they are generated specifically for your articles, they exist nowhere else, and you can use them freely.
Can I edit the articles?
Yes, every article is editable in your dashboard's editor, before and after publishing. An article republished after editing is updated on your site if your CMS is connected.
How are topics chosen?
Each topic is measured (real search volume, verified intent) and compared against everything your site already covers to avoid duplicates. Details in Topics.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period, then production stops. Your published articles stay on your site: they are yours, permanently.
Do you offer white-label?
Yes, for agencies: your client sees your name, not ours. Write to us to set it up, as well as for team seats.
