Terms of sale

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Purpose and publisher

These terms of sale govern the provision of the mentionLAB service, an AI-assisted SEO and GEO content production platform published by KOMTOP (the "Provider"). Any subscription implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Professional clients

The service is intended exclusively for professionals acting within their business activity. By subscribing, the Client declares that it acts for professional purposes and is not a consumer. Accordingly, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

3. Access and free trial

The service is provided as monthly access per website. A 5-day free trial is offered to evaluate the service; the first articles are produced during this period for evaluation purposes. When the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken, unless the Client cancels before the end of the trial. Access has no minimum commitment.

4. Pricing and billing

Access is offered at $99 excl. tax per month and per website for subscriptions billed in US dollars, or €89 excl. tax per month and per website for subscriptions billed in euros (30 articles per month, automatic publishing). Each additional language (multilingual option) is billed at $35 / €30 excl. tax per month and per language, in the currency of the subscription. Billing is monthly and automatic, charged to the registered payment method through a secure payment provider. Prices are exclusive of tax; applicable taxes (VAT or sales tax) are added at the rate in force. Subscriptions taken out before July 17, 2026 keep the price and article volume of the plan originally purchased for as long as they remain active.

5. Monthly quota

The subscription includes the monthly article volume of the plan, per site: 30 articles per month. Articles produced during the free trial are included in the volume of the first month (they are not added on top). The quota renews with each billing period; any unused quota is not carried over to the next month and is lost at the end of the period.

6. Content produced and no guarantee of results

The content produced becomes the property of the Client after payment. The Client remains solely responsible for reviewing, approving and publishing the content. The Provider runs quality checks (data verification, anti-cannibalization) but does not guarantee any ranking, traffic or positioning result, as these depend on independent third-party algorithms.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The Client may cancel access at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with access remaining active until that date. Given the free trial allowing evaluation of the service and the immediate nature of the services provided, amounts paid are non-refundable, even on a pro-rata basis, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.

8. Client obligations

The Client undertakes to provide accurate information, to hold the necessary rights over its site and data, and not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to produce infringing, misleading or unlawful content. The Client is responsible for the use of the content it publishes.

9. Liability

The Provider is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for variations in traffic or ranking, nor for indirect damages (loss of revenue, customers, data or reputation). In any event, the Provider's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Client over the last three (3) months.

10. Suspension

In the event of payment failure, the service may be suspended. Failing regularization after several attempts, the subscription may be terminated as of right. Suspension or termination for non-payment gives rise to no refund.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, and as this is a business-to-business relationship, express jurisdiction is granted to the courts having jurisdiction over KOMTOP's registered office (Lorient), notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
