1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of mentionLAB, an AI-assisted SEO and GEO content production service published by KomTop.

2. Access and trial

The service is offered as monthly access per website. A 5-day trial is included. When the trial ends, access starts automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel your access at any time, with no minimum commitment.

3. Pricing and billing

All-in-one access costs 90 € excl. tax per month and per website, including 15 monthly articles. Billing is monthly and automatic.

4. Content produced

The content produced belongs to you. You remain responsible for reviewing and publishing it. mentionLAB runs quality checks (data verification, anti-cannibalization) but does not guarantee any specific ranking result.

5. Liability

mentionLAB undertakes to deliver the service diligently. We cannot be held liable for variations in traffic or ranking, which depend on third-party algorithms.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your access at any time from your dashboard. Access stays active until the end of the current period.
